Social Campaigns and Events

The EACLJ has over the years taken part in and directly organised various social campaigns that align with our objectives of human rights, religious freedom and general civic education.

The following are examples

  1. The Storm Conference which brought together thousands of young people to Eldoret town, Uasin Gishu County for a time of worship, teaching and reflection. The EACLJ was invited to offer Civic Education to the youth on matters to do with their Constitutional Rights and Electoral Laws.
  2. The Annual Linda Uhai Campaign March for Life walk organised by the Kenya Christian Professionals Forum KCPF. In this walk, various pro life groups and students come together to create awareness on the rights of the unborn child by walking around the city with banners advocating for the preservation of life.
  3. Annual Prayer Vigils were organised by the EACLJ during the incarceration period of Pastor Saeed Abedini to pray for his release and to remember the persecuted Christians around the world.
